The partnership.

5+ years of continuous engagement. Field teams across multiple EU countries (UK, Poland, Hungary; Germany rolling). Hundreds of field technicians using DigiVerse — the platform we built and operate for them — daily.

What we discovered.

Field workers were juggling 7+ apps and paper forms. Admins re-keyed information into Maximo with 2–3 day lags. PRV inspections, JHA permits, and asset surveys lived in disconnected systems. Audit defensibility was inconsistent across countries. The customer had committed to digital transformation but lacked an integrated execution layer that actually worked in the field.

What we built.

A mobile field-execution capability tailored to their operations — route planning, work-order execution, digital permits (WCF / JHA / PTW), asset lifecycle, PRV inspections, retail compliance — multi-CMMS grounded across Maximo, SI7, and eMaint+. Offline-first for ATEX zones. Ten languages for cross-border EU and APAC teams. AWS EU (Frankfurt) hosted. Cleared by BP and CBRE InfoSec.

What changed for them.

  • Asset digitisation at scale: ~12,000 assets digitised into a single registry over 18 months
  • CM (corrective maintenance) work-order closure time: from ~3 days down to under 4 hours
  • SR (service request) routing: paper hand-off (days) → in-app dispatch (minutes)
  • Operational reporting: monthly reports that took ~8 person-days to consolidate from paper now generated in under 5 minutes
  • 100% paperless inspections across multiple EU countries
  • SLA compliance on permit closeout: lifted from ~78% to ~94%
  • Audit-defensibility: complete digital trail from JHA submission through work-order closure — audit prep from weeks to instant query
  • Multilingual adoption: ten languages in active daily use across EU and APAC sites

What's next.
